Position Summary

The Brokerage Analyst will support the commercial brokerage team by providing financial analysis, market research, and operational support. This role is essential to underwriting deals, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for brokers, investors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Support & Underwriting
  • Prepare financial models and underwriting analyses for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing opportunities using Argus, Excel, and other licensed software.
  • Review draft leases prior to execution for accuracy (rent schedules, dates, escalations, etc.) and ensure compliance with lease type standards before legal review.
2. Market Research & Valuation
  • Provide comparable sales and lease data via CoStar, LoopNet, and other platforms.
  • Develop broker opinions of value (BOVs) and market insights to support client presentations.
  • Generate leasing reports and performance summaries for investors and brokers monthly.
3. CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain and update the brokerage team’s CRM system (Ascendix), ensuring accurate deal activity, contacts, and pipeline reporting.
  • Provide weekly pipeline snapshots and activity reports to brokerage leadership.
4. Marketing & Listings Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support property listings through Buildium and external platforms.
  • Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums, proposals, and client-facing presentations.
5. Program & Team Support
  • Communicate with brokers, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
  • Assist the Brokerage Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Performance Standards
  • Accuracy : All deliverables must be error-free with correct dates, financials, and formatting.
  • Timeliness : Most requests require 24–48 hour turnaround to meet internal brokerage deadlines.
  • Communication : Maintain proactive communication with brokers, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Confidentiality : Strictly comply with the company’s confidentiality and data security requirements.
Qualifications & Experience

Strong proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.

Hands‑on experience using Argus or other underwriting / valuation tools.

Familiarity with market data platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet.

Experience maintaining data accuracy within a CRM system (Ascendix preferred).

Background in real estate brokerage, financial analysis, or market research highly valued.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and client interactions.

Ability to deliver accurate, error‑free work under tight deadlines (24–48 hour turnaround).

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
