Job summary

A financial brokerage seeks a Broker Sales Representative to enhance client relationships and increase sales through effective communication and cold-calling. Ideal candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a minimum of Matric qualification with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers a commission-based salary and generally works Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Summary: Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for people and telephonic sales? Join our client, an independent financial brokerage, to represent their wide array of financial services and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Pitch the business to potential new clients and schedule appointments with existing clients for financial advisor visits (cold‑calling).
  • Source leads from various databases.
  • Work closely with financial advisors and their teams.
  • Schedule appointments based on financial advisors' diaries.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Communicate effectively with niche clientele.
  • Contribute significantly to new business revenue.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Exceptional at building rapport with clients.

Compensation & Working Hours
