Job summary

The Recruitment Council in South Africa seeks a Broker Consultant for a leading Financial Services Giant. You will build and maintain the relationship between our client and Intermediaries/Financial Planners and manage a panel of brokers in your allocated area.

The role requires proven sales ability, prospecting, negotiating and closing skills, with on-boarding and ongoing support to the panel. Travel and performance-based rewards are included.

Qualifications

• Own transport and valid driving license required.
• 3 years sales experience in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships between client and intermediaries/financial planners.
• Manage a panel of brokers in allocated area.
• Prospect, negotiate and close sales.
• Assist onboarding and relationship management.
• Market products and deliver training to panel members.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns and new clients.
• Uphold company values at all times.
