Job summary

The Recruitment Council is seeking a Broker Consultant to build and maintain relationships between our client, a leading Financial Services firm, and Intermediaries/Financial Planners in the Mahikeng area. The role focuses on creating valuable partnerships and market development.

You will manage a panel of brokers, prospect for new opportunities, negotiate, and close deals while onboarding and supporting brokers with product knowledge and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Exposure to Insurance, Banking, Estate Planning, Investments.
• Own car registered in your name.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships between our client and Intermediaries/Financial Planners.
• Manage a panel of Brokers in your allocated area.
• Prospecting, negotiating and closing opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding and relationship management of new and existing brokers.
• Provide growth, maintenance, and support to panel members; deliver training and leadership.
