Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in industrial or petrochemical construction environments.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and SHEQ compliance.
• Valid Working at Heights or Confined Space Entry certificates (advantageous).

Bricklayer – Petrochemical Site (Cape Town)

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Type: Contract / Project-Based

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do

• Build, repair, and maintain brick, block, and concrete structures on-site.
• Follow construction drawings and ensure work meets quality and alignment standards.
• Mix and prepare mortar or concrete using approved ratios.
• Perform refractory or acid-resistant brickwork (advantageous).
• Work closely with other trades to ensure smooth site progress.
• Follow all petrochemical site safety and permit‑to‑work procedures.

What You'll Need

• Trade Certificate / Red Seal Bricklayer qualification.
• 3+ years' experience in industrial or petrochemical construction environments.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and SHEQ compliance.
• Physically fit and able to work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Valid Working at Heights or Confined Space Entry certificates (advantageous).
