Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into visually impactful designs, maintain brand consistency, and deliver concepts on tight deadlines. A portfolio demonstrating diverse design work is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Graphic Design or related creative role.
• Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools).
• Ability to create professional digital and print-ready designs.
• Strong understanding of branding, layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging design concepts.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms, including social media content, presentations, newsletters, brochures, marketing materials, and corporate communications.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with Whizants brand identity and client requirements.
• Design client-facing materials while ensuring consistency with branding guidelines and visual standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and translate ideas into effective visual communication.
• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Canva.
• Prepare artwork for digital use and print production, ensuring all designs meet quality and formatting standards.
• Support marketing and communication initiatives by developing creative assets for campaigns, events, and business activities.
• Maintain and organise design files, templates, and brand assets for easy access and future use.
• Review designs and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to deliver final approved creative outputs.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all creative work reflects Whizant's professional image and enhances brand visibility across platforms.
