OverviewInvestec's My Investments offers a suite of local and offshore investment solutions designed to help clients and advisers build and manage diversified, tax-efficient portfolios.

The offering spans Retirement Annuities, Preservation and Living Annuities, Unit Trusts, Tax-free Investments, Structured Products, and Life Investment Policies — each crafted to support clients' long-term financial goals. Accessible via Investec Online, the Investec App, or through an Investec Financial Adviser, My Investments brings together Investec's global investment expertise and active management approach to deliver a cohesive and client-centric investment experience. My Investments forms a core component of Investec's Invest & Insure offering, and the broader Investec Private Banking offering. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the marketing and brand strategy for Investec's investment offering. The role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across direct channels and indirect channels such as financial advisers and bankers, while ensuring alignment with the broader Investec brand. This requires a strategic and creative thinker who can translate complex investment propositions into compelling narratives, manage integrated marketing initiatives, and uphold the premium positioning of the Investec brand. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Private Bank, Wealth & Investment, Product, Digital, and Marketing teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver initiatives that enhance brand equity, client experience, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing initiatives for Investec My Investments in line with the overarching brand and business strategy. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, measurable marketing campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels. Use analytics and data visualisation to measure campaign effectiveness, demonstrate ROI, and inform future activity. Conduct industry and competitive analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and content strategy. Leverage behavioural insights, market research, and trend analysis to drive product uptake through digital channels. Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, collateral, and presentations to support distribution and adviser engagement. Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and tone all internal and external marketing touchpoints. Source, curate, and create diverse content formats, including articles, visuals, videos, infographics, and social media content. Support the wider marketing team with events, gifting, and other campaign or client engagement activities. Translate strategic objectives (, AUM growth, client acquisition, retention, and engagement) into integrated marketing and communication plans.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of marketing experience. Proven track record managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and demonstrating ROI through analytics. Strong digital marketing expertise across paid, owned, and earned channels (Adobe experience advantageous). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messaging across digital and traditional platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to inform strategy and performance optimisation. Exceptional organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems to nurture, track, and report on lead conversions. Proactive, self-starter with a dynamic and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally and stakeholder management. Exposure to the financial services sector is advantageous. Understanding of investment products, client segmentation, and financial marketing regulations.
