The role will be based at Clicks Head Office and report into the Loyalty Marketing Manager.Job descriptionJob PurposeTo manage and capitalise on the partnerships built to date whilst shaping and expanding partnerships goals to deliver compelling customer journeys to retain and grow membership and achieve the maximum revenue return through the Clubcard loyalty program.

To execute the brand strategy for loyalty by leveraging affinity partner programs and source and onboard new strategic partners aligned to the Clicks strategy to anchor and support the Clicks marketing positioning thereby maximising sales and increasing customer engagement while staying within budget.Job ObjectivesTo develop, execute and manage a network of loyalty and retail partners, creating compelling member propositions whilst tapping into partners' ecosystems by unlocking new cross-selling opportunities with the aim of achieving both customer and partner expectations.To lead Deep Loyalty Personalization and Customer Experience Plans by simplifying Loyalty to Partner customer experience and develop a loyalty brand plan that drives member acquisition, engagement, customer value and retention leveraging co-branded experiences that is unique to the brand.To perform strategic analysis of data to drive decision-making through regularly trends analysis, extracting insights from reports, using insights to refine outreach strategies and measure the effectiveness of partnership and Clubcard awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.To design and execute mutually beneficial marketing campaigns that deliver value to both our partners and Clicks.To collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Marketing, and commercial teams to develop and execute alignment between Clubcard acquisition goals and broader marketing campaigns that support member recruitment and engagement.To optimise revenue and performance growth by driving incremental revenue through partner co-funded campaigns, expanding reach and return on investment(ROI).
