Qualifications

  • Proven experience within a similar role.
  • Experience in marketing across multiple industries will be an advantage.
  • Digital marketing experience (Social Media, Google Ads, campaign management, lead capturing, SEO).

Responsibilities

  • Execute the overall brand and marketing strategy across the business.
  • Design, propose, and implement campaigns that directly support the brand objectives.
  • Apply Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing expertise across print, premium brand, and healthcare contexts.
  • Support and execute marketing, advertising, and communication initiatives in line with company goals.
  • Coordinate and brief tasks effectively as part of the marketing plans for assigned brands.
  • Plan and deliver field marketing and activations with precision and consistency.
  • Manage the workflow of marketing material requests between HODs and the Marketing Production Team.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement for approvals and decision-making to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to the relevant departments.
  • Map and understand key touchpoints across the customer journey, and support in the development and execution of strategies that improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all marketing collateral.
  • Optimise campaigns and discover new opportunities to engage customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the overall brand and marketing strategy across the business.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field would be highly beneficial.

Experience and Knowledge
