We're Hiring : Brand, Marketing & Social Media Manager

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Brand, Marketing, and Social Media Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will understand the importance of brand awareness, social engagement, and how to drive sales through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Skills & Requirements
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, with strong knowledge of formulas and functions.
  • Strong eye for design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred.
  • Experienced in Canva, with the ability to update menus and create engaging Instagram posts.
  • Video editing and content creation skills are essential.
  • Ability to bring concepts to life through editing, with experience in software like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
  • A degree in design or marketing (with a strong focus on marketing modules) is beneficial, or at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems such as Lightspeed is a plus.
  • A high-quality smartphone for content creation is required.
  • Having a professional camera is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite or other social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Business tools and best practices.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
  • Content creation for various platforms (photos, videos, reels, etc.)
  • Design and update menus, flyers, posters, and other promotional material.
  • Manage collaborations, acting as the face of the brand during negotiations (with support from the COO).
  • Handle basic admin tasks, such as checking/tracking Google reviews and managing referral programs.
  • Capture high-quality images of food and the overall vibe/ambience of the venue.
  • Monitor and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
