Role Purpose

This role ensures disciplined execution of the marketing strategy and related marketing activities and plans, to drive brand awareness, product consideration and brand love to support the achievement of key business objectives.

Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication and/or Social Sciences or related qualification
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Communication, Marketing or Brand Management (essential)
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy, business development and corporate communication
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and through-the-line media platforms that these areas can be managed successfully
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Implement, support and drive the marketing and branding strategy, based the objectives for the business.
  • Engage, influence and work closely with the full marketing value chain to deliver high quality marketing initiatives.
  • Drive the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that maximise engagement of employees, clients and non-clients.
  • Evaluate and monitor marketing activities of competitor brands, products and channel these insights into the optimisation of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide input into supporting media, PR and digital strategies to maximize campaign impact.
  • Conceptualise and execute marketing creative. Work with the creative teams (Agency and in-house) to brainstorm, conceptualise and execute new marketing ideas.
  • Utilise category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and document processes and guidelines, which ensures brand consistency.
  • Partner and interact with Agency partners or vendors to supply materials supporting marketing concepts.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales & service, technical marketing, technology and human capital teams to drive the strategy and development of the appropriate marketing and communication solution.
  • Effectively deliver marketing messaging to target audiences, including mobile, video, social media, etc.
  • Drive the development and measurement of marketing metrics that enable effective decision making around brand awareness and consideration, market share, cost per acquisition and profitability.
  • Support the implementation of communication strategies within the business.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to identify changing client needs and align brand and service offering with client needs.
  • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
  • Display an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve a wide set of goals and objectives in a challenging and changing environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders that promotes collaborative solutions.
