We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to join a beauty marketing and distribution company. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth through strategic marketing plans, new product launches, and impactful PR and social media campaigns. Working closely with retailers and internal teams, they will ensure seamless execution of promotions, accurate SKU management, and consistent visibility across digital platforms. This position suits a confident, detail‑oriented marketer with proven experience in brand management and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the Brand Marketing Manager in developing and executing annual brand strategies and promotional calendars
  • Coordinates new product launches and promotions, ensuring timely setup and effective execution
  • Manages PR activities, including press kits, media relations, events, and ROI tracking
  • Oversees social media platforms with a structured content calendar, consistent posting, and monthly reporting
  • Administers operational tasks such as SKU creation, pricing updates, and competitor analysis in Odoo
  • Liaises with retailers, logistics teams, and key accounts to strengthen relationships and achieve sales objectives
  • Monitors inventory forecasts, promotional stock, and competitor pricing to maintain profitability and efficiency
  • Upholds company standards, teamwork, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualifications & Experience
  • Marketing Diploma
  • 2–3 years’ corporate marketing experience, preferably in brand management within the beauty industry
  • Digital online marketing management: social media, SEO, websites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - home and professional language level.
  • Very strong skills in Excel and familiar with MS Office - Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Superior interpersonal relationship and negotiation management skills - with a demonstrated ability to work well with others.
  • High Level of Numeracy and the ability to "read"/evaluate /analyse numbers.
