Job summary

Placements24 is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent beverage brands at promotional events, in-store samplings, and activations in Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will engage with diverse audiences, educate on product features, and drive trial and purchase while maintaining brand integrity.

The role offers flexible hours, weekend and evening shifts, and potential travel within the Kimberley area.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
• Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Experience in brand promotion, customer service, sales, or event staffing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and its beverage brands at promotional events, in-store samplings, and activations.
• Engage with consumers in a friendly and informative manner, educating them about product features, benefits, and brand story.
• Distribute product samples and promotional materials, encouraging trial and generating interest.
• Create a positive and memorable brand experience for consumers.
• Gather consumer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team regarding product perception and market trends.
• Maintain brand integrity and ensure all activities align with brand guidelines.
• Set up and manage promotional displays and event areas.
• Assist with event logistics and preparation as needed.
• Report on event outcomes, including attendance, samples distributed, and sales generated (if applicable).
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.

• Willingness to travel within the Kimberley area and potentially surrounding regions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry promotional materials as needed.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.
