Totalsports in Western Cape, part of TFG (The Foschini Group), is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to deliver outstanding service, promote our product range, and support stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.

You will engage with shoppers, hit sales targets, stay updated on décor and fashion trends, and work independently in a fast-paced environment while building lasting customer loyalty.

Formación

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Be an ambassador for our brand and deliver amazing customer experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions.
• Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
• Sell a diverse product range and keep up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Search out opportunities for making new sales.
• Assist with replenishing of stock to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times.
