The Brand Ambassador and Sales Representative serve as the face of the company, representing the brand to potential and existing clients. This role involves promoting products or services, increasing sales, and ensuring brand consistency across all interactions. The individual must combine strong communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive sales while embodying the company’s image and values.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Brand Representation
  • Act as the main representative and advocate of the company’s brand and products.
  • Maintain a professional, positive image that reflects company values.
  • Educate potential customers about the brand’s unique selling points and benefits.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all promotional and sales channels.
  • Sales and Business Development
  • Identify, approach, and secure new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads and referrals.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals according to company policies.
  • Customer Engagement

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product support.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.

Education :
