The Role

You will be responsible for :

1. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
2. Ensuring visual merchandising is attractive, on-brand, and stock levels are maintained
3. Replenishing shelves regularly and ensuring product displays are neat and enticing
4. Providing a pleasant and professional customer experience
5. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper procedures
6. Reconciling daily till sales and completing banking activities with accuracy and integrity
7. Maintaining product knowledge to confidently assist and educate customers
8. Supporting promotional campaigns and in-store events
9. Performing any additional duties as assigned by the store manager

Ideal Profile

• Matric / Grade 12 or Equivalent
• And / or Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment
• A passion for art and design
