• Maintain excellent customer relations as a priority and ensure that agreed standards with respect to SLA and updating information in the database are maintained.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the spot, addressing issues as they arise.
• Work overtime, weekends and standby from time to time as required.
• Work shifts (one week day shift and one week night shift).
