This role involves supervising staff, controlling costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should be qualified Earthmoving Diesel Mechanics with supervisory experience and knowledge of aftersales systems. The position offers a competitive salary between R37 000 – R45 000 CTC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience on earthmoving machines.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of earthmoving aftersales systems & procedures.

DUTIES

• Management and administration of Service Centre.
• Supervise staff.
• Service Centre cost control.
• Control and supervise the workshop and parts functions.
• Support product in the field.
• Sell company after sales system.
• Support the machines’ sales function.
• Customer Relations.
• Manage OSH Act requirements of Service Centre.
• Grow overall volumes and Market share
• Grow aftermarket contribution
• Expense management
• Debtors days
• WIP management
• Management of inventory days whilst improving stock availability
• Manage health and safety
• Drive branch profitability
• KRA performance management

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must be qualified Earthmoving Diesel Mechanics.
• Applicants must have previous supervisory experience.
• Good communication, Public Relations & report writing skills.
• Must be resourceful & self-motivated.
