A leading IT Distribution Company in Durban is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT product sales experience and 2 years managing an IT sales team. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, setting sales targets, and building the company’s brand. A matric qualification and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an IT sales team.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in IT product sales.
  • Solid experience within the IT Distribution Industry.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations with weekly meetings in each department.
  • Set and manage sales targets.
  • Maintain a fluent business process and plan.
  • Build the Company’s Brand and the brand agencies.
  • Engage in Business Development activities.
  • Gather customer data and needs.
  • Analyze sales compared to budgets and targets.
  • Conduct customer visits in the Nelspruit region.
  • Grow product depth and breadth through the customer base.
  • Report branch performance weekly, monthly, and yearly.

Basic Salary: R25 000 per month.

Requirements and skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing an IT sales team
