Job summary

Envoy Global is seeking a Branch Manager for our Gauteng, South Africa office to drive performance, compliance and client service excellence. You will lead a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, oversee operations, and ensure regulatory adherence while shaping the branch strategy and growth initiatives in a dynamic immigration environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Law, Human Resources, Immigration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in South African immigration industry.
• Strong knowledge of South African immigration regulations and procedures.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships, service delivery and operational performance.
• Experience in business development, client retention and account management.
• Financial management experience including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing immigration team.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure workforce planning and resource allocation to support operations.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and service excellence.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex client and operational matters.

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide guidance on immigration matters and compliance.
• Develop and execute branch business plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support growth.
