Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are known, understood, documented, in place, managed, maintained and enforced
  • Understand and know how to make use of the various systems in the business
  • Ensure stock take preparations from a night shift perspective is carried out as per company and customer requirements
  • Ensure that all vehicles are inspected/cleaned according to company standards
  • Ensure that each vehicle on return is inspected for any new damages
  • Lock away all computers and printers
  • Inspect parcels regularly to ensure they are not loaded in such a way that any damages can occurred
  • Ensure planning, dispatch and debriefing information are 100%
  • Ensure standards of Health and Safety procedures are followed
  • Ensure that security requirements and procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain housekeeping standards on a daily basis
