Overview

Our national client is actively looking for a Branch Manager for their Cape Town Branch. The manager will oversee the fleet, ensure customer satisfaction, and supervise employees in the automotive sector. A strong understanding of business management, customer service, and the automotive industry is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, including vehicle inventory management to ensure availability meets demand.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition, scheduling repairs and routine maintenance as necessary.
  • Manage financial aspects of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license (non‑negotiable).
  • Ability to work shifts / flexibility as required for this position.
  • Degree in business management or a related field (advantageous).
