Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited in North West invites a Branch Advisor to deliver a positive customer experience in a high-volume POP environment. You will build lasting client relationships, assess needs, and offer suitable product solutions in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF.

You will educate customers on the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service), maintain accurate records, and contribute to meeting branch targets while upholding ethical standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS-recognized field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Knowledge of FAIS, FICA, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines.

Qualification & Experience Requirement minimum Qualification

• NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
