Job summary

FNB POP in Pretoria is seeking a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will help clients choose banking solutions aligned to their needs and maintain accurate client records.

You will operate under FAIS and TCF, build lasting client relationships, meet sales and service targets, and contribute to sustainable township market growth while upholding governance and ethics.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognised by FAIS
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
