Job summary

FNB (FirstRand Bank Limited) in South Africa is hiring a Branch Advisor FAIS to support customers across Estcourt, Kimberley, Swellendam and Fnbnamibia. You will build long-term client relationships, provide a positive customer experience, and educate customers on banking channels and products, aligned with FAIS requirements.

You will analyze customer data to offer suitable financial advice, maintain records, and strive to meet branch sales and service targets while adhering to policy, process

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.
• Strong FAIS, TCF understanding and client-centric advice principles.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service and compliance targets.
