Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF Level 5 in Banking, Business Admin, Customer Service or related FAIS recognised field.
• 1–3 years in customer‑facing environments, service delivery or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long‑term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high‑volume branch.
• Meet sales, service and compliance targets while maintaining accurate records.
