This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys a mix of invoicing, general administration, and customer support, and is looking to grow within a supportive and professional environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide general administrative support to the branch team
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer queries
  • Maintain internal systems and records with a high level of accuracy
  • Support the sales and service departments with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers as needed
  • Assist with stock control, documentation, and internal reporting

  • Previous experience in invoicing – essential
  • Strong general administration background

Package & Remuneration
  • CTC to R
  • CTC per month based on experience and qualifications
