Job summary

HotelJobs in Zanzibar seeks a suitably qualified Boutique Manager to lead a historic boutique hotel with a Tanzanian coffee theme. You will oversee Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate is a South African expatriate with a Hotel Management degree and a minimum of five years’ management experience in boutique hotels or lodges.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a degree in Hotel Management with not less than 5 years’ working experience in Hotel/Gastronomy.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience – including management in a well-recognized boutique hotel or lodge.
• Hardworking, cooperative manner; attention to detail; assertiveness and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating lodge staff through a hands-on management style.
