Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with expertise in Xero to manage our financial records, ensure accuracy, and support our finance team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling end-to-end bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero
  • Record day-to-day transactions including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
  • Prepare and submit GST/VAT and other statutory reports as required
  • Generate financial reports for management review
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements as needed
  • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors when required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
  • Expert knowledge of Xero accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
