We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with expertise in Xero to manage our financial records, ensure accuracy, and support our finance team.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling end-to-end bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero

Record day-to-day transactions including accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow

Prepare and submit GST / VAT and other statutory reports as required

Generate financial reports for management review

Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements as needed

Collaborate with external accountants and auditors when required

Requirements

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role

Expert knowledge of Xero accounting software

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and time management skills
