Job DescriptionWeConnectU experience required (CMS) Email & Query Management – All queries from Owners / Suppliers / Property Managers etc Supplier invoices / Customer invoices on WCU Cashbooks Import & Processing Payments Load on bank Reconciliations & Compliance : Prepare bi-monthly VAT reconciliations, reconcile municipal accounts, petty cash, and salaries; ensure PPRA and STSMA compliance for trust accounts.

Monthly Reporting : Prepare monthly management accounts, do accrual journals and must be able to do accounts up to trial balance.

Monthly Levy billing : Owner statements / interest runs, and CSOS schedules.

Audits : Prepare, send and liaise with auditors to ensure the audits are completed within the required deadline.

Requirements

A career-driven individual with more than 5 years experience in the above requirements WeConnectU experience Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a positive, team-player attitude—ready to support Operations while fostering respectful relationships.
