Job Description
  • WeConnectU experience required (CMS)
  • Email & Query Management – All queries from Owners / Suppliers / Property Managers etc
  • Supplier invoices / Customer invoices on WCU
  • Cashbooks Import & Processing
  • Payments Load on bank
  • Reconciliations & Compliance : Prepare bi-monthly VAT reconciliations, reconcile municipal accounts, petty cash, and salaries; ensure PPRA and STSMA compliance for trust accounts.
  • Monthly Reporting : Prepare monthly management accounts, do accrual journals and must be able to do accounts up to trial balance.
  • Monthly Levy billing : Owner statements / interest runs, and CSOS schedules.
  • Audits : Prepare, send and liaise with auditors to ensure the audits are completed within the required deadline.

  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a positive, team-player attitude—ready to support Operations while fostering respectful relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, basic accounting software, and financial reconciliation; familiarity with South African financial regulations (e.g., PPRA, VAT) is a plus.
  • Reliability, clear communication, and a commitment to high standards and company culture.
