Job Description
- WeConnectU experience required (CMS)
- Email & Query Management – All queries from Owners / Suppliers / Property Managers etc
- Supplier invoices / Customer invoices on WCU
- Cashbooks Import & Processing
- Payments Load on bank
- Reconciliations & Compliance : Prepare bi-monthly VAT reconciliations, reconcile municipal accounts, petty cash, and salaries; ensure PPRA and STSMA compliance for trust accounts.
- Monthly Reporting : Prepare monthly management accounts, do accrual journals and must be able to do accounts up to trial balance.
- Monthly Levy billing : Owner statements / interest runs, and CSOS schedules.
- Audits : Prepare, send and liaise with auditors to ensure the audits are completed within the required deadline.
