Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator required in Centurion.

Our client, a leading specialist in the shopfitting industry based in Centurion, is seeking a highly capable and independent Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator.

This is a pivotal role where you will be the central point of contact for all financial and administrative operations, acting as the crucial link between management, auditors, suppliers, and staff.

Salary: R25,000 net (negotiable based on experience).

Benefits: Provident Fund & Medical Aid upon permanent appointment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all bookkeeping on Sage One: invoice capturing, account reconciliations, and financial records.
  • Process full end-to-end payroll for all staff (fortnightly & monthly), including capture of hours.
  • Act as the primary liaison for company auditors and suppliers.
  • Oversee general office administration.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Bookkeeping / Accounting is essential.
  • Proficiency in Sage One and Sage Payroll is mandatory.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience (shopfitting/construction/manufacturing preferred).
  • Must be independent, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
