Qualifications

  • Matric is essential.
  • A Bookkeeping Diploma is essential.
  • Experience in a law firm finance environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and reconcile foreign vendor payments.
  • Process advocate and correspondent invoices.
  • Assist with Reserve Bank clearance applications.
  • Load foreign beneficiaries and payments.
  • Process business and trust EFTs.
  • Handle monthly billing and invoicing for fee earners.
  • Respond to ad hoc queries from secretaries and directors.
  • Prepare files for annual audits.
  • Provide leave cover for finance team members.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Essential)
  • Bookkeeping Diploma (Essential)
  • CMS system experience (Advantageous)
  • Knowledge of forex and banking processes (Advantageous)
  • Experience in a law firm finance environment (Preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Essential)
