A growing premium retail brand in fight gear is seeking a Bookkeeper and Warehouse Manager to join their hybrid team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and efficient warehouse operations, overseeing inventory management and logistics coordination. Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience in operations or logistics, and proficiency in inventory systems. This is a full-time position based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with ERP / inventory systems (e.g., Cin7, Sage) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory in Cin7, including labelling, recording, and stock reconciliation.
  • Oversee warehouse staff and coordinate with third‑party logistics providers.
  • Monitor receiving, storage, dispatch, wholesale orders, and returns.
  • Reconcile stock across Cin7, Xero, and Shopify, ensuring reporting accuracy with Finance.
  • Handle inventory bookkeeping and clearance sales, minimising waste.
  • Prepare to transition logistics and dispatch operations in-house.

A growing premium retail brand in fight gear is looking for a detailed Bookkeeper and Warehouse Manager to join their hybrid team in Cape Town. As the Bookkeeper and Warehouse Manager, you will ensure accurate financial records and efficient warehouse operations.

You will be the link between finance and stock to ensure alignment between systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory in Cin7, including labelling, recording, and stock reconciliation.
  • Oversee warehouse staff and coordinate with third‑party logistics providers.
  • Monitor receiving, storage, dispatch, wholesale orders, and returns.
  • Reconcile stock across Cin7, Xero, and Shopify, ensuring reporting accuracy with Finance.
