• Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensure timely payment, and manage billing inquiries.
• Inventory Management: Track and record inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and managing discrepancies.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, prepare financial reports, and assist with audits.
• Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze costs associated with fruit exports, including shipping, handling, and storage.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Communication: Liaise with suppliers, clients, and logistics companies to ensure smooth financial transactions and resolve any issues.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize all financial documents related to fruit exports, including contracts, shipping documents, and tax records.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial data and generate reports.
