• Production: Plant citrus, schedule irrigation, apply fertilizer, pest, plague and weed control, prune, harvest, monitoring, all manipulations
• Personnel and administration: Labor planning and management, recordkeeping, plan transport and accommodation, maintenance (equipment/orchards/ general) Financial: Cost control by focusing on productivity

Qualifications
