Location: De Waterkant, Cape Town

Position: Full-time Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities
  • Debtors & Creditors Management – Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely supplier payments.
  • Stock Control & Reconciliations – Tracking inventory levels, assisting with stock counts, and ensuring accurate stock valuation.
  • Bank Reconciliations – Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions.
  • Payroll Processing – Calculating salaries, processing payroll transactions, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Full Bookkeeping Function – Capturing financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing trial balances.
  • Financial Reporting Support – Assisting in the preparation of management reports, VAT submissions, and financial statements.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations relevant to the medical industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum NQF5 qualification in Accounting / Bookkeeping.
  • At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in Xero (a must).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in the medical field is an advantage.
