Our Homecare team provides non-medical support to disabled and older adults in their homes. Our goal is to provide comprehensive high-quality care by creating exceptional relationships with family clients and care partners.
Job Summary
The Bookings consultant will oversee and manage the scheduling of our care partners with our clients and healthcare facilities. This is done based on our clients care needs personality location and the care partners skill set. As a booker you will also be managing client and candidate relationships.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Interaction: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals understanding their preferences availability and career goals.
- Client Care Collaboration: Discuss existing and new client scheduling and care needs
- Care Partner Collaboration: Discuss new and existing care partner schedule needs skill level and performance.
- Service Delivery: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering tailored staffing solutions.
- Job Matching: Match suitable candidates to client care openings based on qualifications location experience and preferences.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of healthcare professionals ensuring shifts and assignments are covered.
- Confirmation and Follow-Up: Confirm bookings with clients and candidates and follow up to ensure attendance and verbally review all parts of every care plan.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduling activities including client communications.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients or candidates promptly and professionally with the collaboration of Client Experience Manager and Care Partner Experience Manager.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and candidates to improve service delivery and address any areas of concern with the collaboration of Client Experience Manager and Care Partner Experience Manager.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on booking activities client interactions and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in a scheduling role preferably within the healthcare sector or a strong background in a related customer service or sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and care partners.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to sell staffing services and negotiate terms effectively.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in using staffing software databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience with Homecare Scheduling Software: Familiarity with systems and tools used in homecare scheduling.
- Knowledge of Homecare Scheduling Regulations: Understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements in the homecare sector.
