Job Duties
  • The Book Keeper CPT will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation.
  • They will also handle payroll processing, tax calculations, and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess a relevant accounting qualification, such as AAT or equivalent. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations is essential.
  • Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities are required. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is desirable.
