A legal firm is seeking a skilled Bonds / Conveyancing Secretary for their Pretoria Branch. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with bond registrations, strong administrative and time-management skills, and be able to work in a high-pressure environment. Applicants must have relevant conveyancing secretarial experience and submit their ID and payslip with their application.

Qualifications

  • Minimum conveyancing secretarial experience required.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work in a pressure environment.
  • Experience in bond instructions from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Investec experience advantageous

  • Ability to attend to a bond instruction from start to finish
  • Excellent administrative skills

  • Problem solving abilities
  • Knowledge of FICA risk based policies
