Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a capable BMS Design Lead to drive development, review and coordination of BMS deliverables across the project lifecycle for hyperscale data centre projects. You will oversee I/O schedules, data point lists, equipment schedules and panel designs, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.

You will coordinate with MEP, BIM, QA/QC and commissioning teams, maintain Functional Design Specifications and control philosophies, and review

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical/Building Services/Automation or related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering BMS projects in data centres or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of BMS architecture and system integration.

Mansioni

• Lead development, review and coordination of BMS deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Review mechanical/electrical designs for BMS integration and compliance.
• Coordinate activities with MEP, BIM, QA/QC and commissioning teams.
• Develop and maintain Functional Design Specifications and control philosophies.
