Candidate Requirements
  • Matric or National Certificate or Technical Support NQF Level 4 SAQA ID
  • BMC Helix related courses / accreditation / certification
  • Microsoft Power BI courses / accreditation / certification
  • Microsoft SQL & SSRS courses / accreditation / certification
  • 3 years’ experience in business analysis and related documentation
  • 3 years as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Analyst
  • 1 year experience in BMC Truesight Orchestrator
  • 2 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM
  • 1 year experience in BMC Helix Dashboards development, support and maintenance on v23.x and above
  • Experience in SSRS
  • Experience in BMC Remedy Admin tool and / or BMC Helix Developer Studio
  • 2 years of experience in BMC Helix DWP (previously SRM)
  • 3 years of experience in SQL scripting
  • Foundational knowledge on BMC Helix Business Workflow from an administration and configuration perspective will be an advantage

This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and related technologies. Sound understanding of system functionality at enterprise sub‑system levels and data relationships. Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle, development practices, and methodologies. Communication (Written and Verbal) – Clear, concise, good command and conveyance of language. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and within teams. Ability to impart and share knowledge.
