About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and organized Blockchain Project Manager to lead diverse projects in Queenstown . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing blockchain-related initiatives according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the blockchain development lifecycle and proven project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Manage project changes and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the work of development teams, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing complex technology projects, with specific experience in blockchain projects.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, development processes, and key platforms.
• Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
