Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Blockchain Developer for our Mossel Bay, Western Cape office. The role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating secure blockchain applications to streamline business processes and enhance data integrity in enterprise settings.

You will work with Solidity, Hyperledger Fabric, and Ethereum, collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, deliver smart contracts, and ensure robust security. A hybrid work setup is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in software development with at least 1 year in blockchain.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum.
• Experience with smart contracts development and deployment.
• Understanding of distributed ledger tech, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Familiarity with databases and API integrations.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in Crypto & Blockchain sector is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Mossel Bay location.
