Placements24 is seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer with a DeFi specialization to join our Randburg team. You will design, test, and deploy secure smart contracts, dApps, and backend services powering next-generation DeFi products.

You should be proficient in Solidity, Ethereum, and DeFi protocols, with experience in tooling like Hardhat, Truffle, and Ganache, plus Web3 libraries. Strong collaboration, security awareness, and a passion for crypto are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with DeFi focus.
• Proficient in Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Familiar with DeFi protocols, tokenomics, liquidity, and AMMs.
• Experience with blockchain dev tools (Hardhat/Truffle/Ganache).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer, with a strong focus on Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
• Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity and familiarity with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Experience with DeFi protocols, including understanding of tokenomics, liquidity provision, and automated market makers.
• Familiarity with blockchain development tools and frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache).
• Experience with Web3 libraries (e.g., ethers.js, web3.js) and interacting with blockchain nodes.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
