Placements24 is seeking a proficient BIM Coordinator to join our fully remote architectural team. You will manage BIM models across disciplines, develop BIM standards, and support clash detection and information flow using Navisworks and Revit.

The ideal candidate holds a degree/diploma in Architecture and has 5+ years of BIM coordination experience, with strong technical detail and remote collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of BIM coordination and modelling experience in an architectural practice.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and best practices.
• Experience with other BIM software/tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM protocols and standards for architectural projects.
• Coordinate BIM models from architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure integration and clash detection.
• Generate and manage BIM content, families, and templates.
• Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks or similar software.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software/workflows.
• Extract information from BIM models for quantity take-offs and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure timely BIM deliverables.
