DescriptionTo provide high-level administrative and billing support to the Management team and broader business ensuring smooth office operations and enabling the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities

This role includes financial and billing administration, travel coordination, office management and support for team events and ad‑hoc requests.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Grade 12 certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
  • Certificate in Financial Administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience in financial and billing administration
  • Minimum 23 years experience in IT and/or office administration environment
