  • Monitor new operators going live and set up new contracts.
  • Input monthly operator promotions onto the billing software.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue share calculations.
  • Ensure billing tasks are completed by monthly deadlines.
  • Investigate and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with ad hoc queries from partnership managers.
  • Provide support to team members as required.

Job description
Overview

To provide an essential role within the finance team assisting with the day-to-day functions and transactions of the Sales Ledger. Maintaining the essential finance records for Games Global and the Group, working under clearly defined procedures and with line manager guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer invoicing through the billing software
  • Review invoice calculations and credit rebates before issuing them to customers
  • Update the billing software monthly with changes to customer contracts
  • Monitor new operators going live and set up new customer contracts on the billing software
  • Input monthly operator promotions onto the billing software
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue share calculations for 3rd Party Developers and Branded content owners
  • Ensure all billing related tasks are completed by monthly deadlines
  • Investigate and respond to customer queries in a timely manner, escalating where necessary
  • Assist with responding to ad hoc queries raised by partnership managers and other stakeholders
  • Provide support to other team members as and when required
