Role Overview

As the HR Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance.

You will also be responsible for overseeing and processing payroll, supporting performance management, and developing training initiatives.

Acting as a bridge between employees and leadership, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and high‑performing work environment.

This role requires bilingual fluency in English and French. The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, in both languages is critical to supporting a diverse workforce, managing cross‑border communications, and facilitating a smooth recruitment process for French‑speaking candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and company standards
  • Handle employee relations matters and act as a trusted advisor to staff and management
  • Administer and process payroll accurately and on time
  • Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives
  • Contribute to building HR infrastructure and best practices for a new regional operation
  • Liaise between departments and act as a key HR contact for employees
